Russia boasts autonomous loader vehicle called Uranium-9. What can do this small device? Uranus-9 is basically a miniature remotely controlled tank. There are no any autonomy, so all actions will be controlled by the operator.
His equipment has machine gun and several missile launchers with surface-to-air and anti-tank rockets. The constructor argues that they will be able to hit an enemy vehicle from a distance of about 4 km.
The vehicle can be used for reconnaissance or combat. It can also be a valuable support for the infantry. PopSci reports that uranium-9 will come into service in 2017 or 2018.
