United States Combat Strategy Since 2018: Swarms Drones

The U.S. air force wants to be equipped by no later than 2018 with drones, that can attack an enemy in all schools. Kratos defence & security solutions is currently working on the development of such drones. The drones should can not only, but also don’t cost much. What’s behind the new strategy of the air force?
